Dear Churchill Centre Friends:
On the 137th birthday (November 30, 1874) of Sir Winston S. Churchill and on behalf of all the members of the Churchill Centre of South Texas,  I would like to wish you the very best for the holidays and the New Year!

I would like to apologize for the delay in updating our Chapter webpage and please know I will do my best to get activities back on track. We will also be scheduling a gathering at both the Austin and San Antonio “Lion & Rose Pubs” after the first of the year.  I will
get details out to you after the holidays.

Your Churchill Centre South Texas chapter is honored to recognize the academic achievements of Douglas Slattery at Winston Churchill High School in San Antonio, Texas!

As  President of the South Texas chapter I presented the 2011 “Sir Winston S. Churchill” scholarship to Douglas in front of the Sir Winston S. Churchill Memorial Wall which was dedicated to the school last year as a gift from the Churchill Centre South Texas.
